About the CLF Weekend Youth Leadership Retreat

The CLF is most famous for its Weekend Youth Retreats. These retreats focus on training youth through a combination of lectures, hands-on workshops, homework assignments and team activities. CLF Weekends have been referred to as "political boot camp", a term which brings smiles to the faces of committee members.

It has been said that those who survive a CLF Weekend will find the intensity and variety of an election campaign very familiar. CLF strives to train the best of the best, with different streams tailored to the particular experiences of each participant. In this way, the new and most experienced can attend the same retreat and leave exhilarated and fulfilled.
